Abstract:

The article is devoted to the issues of reforming the legal education of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The paper analyses the reasons for heightened interest in the reforms of legal education. We studied the international experience and the modern trends in teaching legal disciplines during training of qualified lawyers. We elaborated a set of measures to upgrade the system of legal staff training, the basic element of which should be the modernization of consciousness.

Highlights:

•For modern Uzbek society, the resemblance to foreign staff training became relevant, even during staff selection

•The decree of the President of Uzbekistan "On measures to radically increase the efficiency of the activity of the internal affairs bodies, to strengthen their responsibility for ensuring public order, effective protection of rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens" of April 10, 2017 makes provisions for a radical improvement of the system of internal affairs bodies

•720 posts of legal adviser in 1193 business entities are vacant
