Abstract:

Article considers opportunities and strategic guidelines of industry technology modernization. The analysis of presence of production facilities with progressive technological modes in Perm region and Sverdlovsk region is made. The directions of nano-industry development is specified. Outlines of regions’ economy structural transformation are defined.
