Article analyzes structure of higher and secondary education structure by professions for period starting from 1990 till 2010, providing Russian manufacturing and active utilization of foreign technically sophisticated products (electronics, instrument engineering, aircraft and space equipment, weapon inventory, informatics, computing technique). Change in demand is shown by groups of specialities.
