Abstract:

In this article we examine the distinctive character traits typical for innovators and outstanding people who are pioneers or inventors in various spheres of creative activity, such as art, entrepreneurship, science. A successful person is a certain example to follow and is considered a unique person in other’s opinion. At the same time, such a person is a mystery because he is creative person, multifaceted and extraordinary. Creativity is an integral part of inner potential of a person. There are a lot of creative and outstanding people in history who achieved success in the society and are still an example for future generations. The study is focused on the following issue "What is the source of motivation for successful people, and how to achieve self-realization in your life?".

Highlights:

• Most people live in their profession, acting within the usual standard frames
• Creativity allows you to think that a person goes beyond the traditional way of life
• Innovators are people who have become professionals in their field and have developed their creative potential
• Strong self-esteem brings great success to innovators
