Abstract:

In the article the author classifies into types teams and the role systems in a team. The theoretical provisions of this approach have been tested in practice during a great number of team building trainings, which the author has conducted with the teams of customer companies.


Highlights:

• Due to the ability for self-development in a changing environment, a united team is able to solve any problem
• Pattern of activity, behavior and communication of a leader affects the psychological climate in a team
• Leadership type of management is the most promising, especially in complex forms of a team work
