Abstract:

The article considers the phenomenology of deviant behavior of youth. We present psychological and sociological theories that reveal the nature and mechanisms of deviation.

Highlights:

•At the present time teenagers are one of the least protected segments of the people
•One can not reveal the reasons for deviant behavior, without explaining deviant activities as a social phenomenon
•Anomie arises when the population cannot legally achieve the goals proclaimed by society as a moral law
•Most psychologists and sociologists admit that the characteristics and motives of actions of personality have an important influence on all kinds of deviant behavior
