Abstract:

We considered a classical scheme of sales: the system and its components, the sales process, sales tools. We also considered functioning characteristics of the sales system and its transformation influenced by information technology. We studied the problems of work organization in sales department of manufacturing enterprises and the possibilities of using the lean-technologies. We offer a model of sales process of a production enterprise, implemented on the basis of lean-production tools.
