Abstract:

In this paper an experience of the program «Total optimization of production» ( «TOP») of «Severstal» JSC is given. The program is not only innovative. It helps reduce costs by making innovative proposals to employees. A system of program is given, its features and advantages. The article deals with cycle structure of the program and its implementing regulations.
