Abstract:

The article considers the issues related to improving the efficiency of manufacturing process management. We marked the main problems of the manufacturing process management of Russian industrial enterprises. We also defined the requirements for the system of efficient manufacturing process management on the basis of MES standards in order to increase the efficiency of the use of technological equipment and to amplify the labor discipline and responsibility of production personnel and middle managers.
