Today, when the member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) join the World Trade Organization (WTO) not as a single bloc, but as separate countries, we may see multiple contradictions between national and regional interests. In special cases, the reconciliation of these contradictions is being "frozen" for some time, like, for example, in the case of establishment of the Common Customs Tariff between Kazakhstan and the EAEU after its accession to the WTO. That to some extent undermines the foundations of the Union itself. In other cases, the agreed conditions create a situation in which a serious damage is being caused to a particular national economy. The damage it is often inflicted on Belarus, due to significant discrepancies in commodity structures of foreign trade. In this regard we think that it is important to study from the institutional and legal point of view and from the economic approach the impact of the WTO membership conditions is some EAEU member countries on the development of integration of the countries of the Union. In the paper we present the results of the analysis of legal and institutional aspects of the impact of the WTO conditions on the development of the integration of the EAEU countries. We also developed recommendations from an institutional perspective.
