Abstract:

Despite the fact that Russian economy has stabilized, it is still sensitive to external and internal risks, and the real incomes of the population are declining. In this regard, the commercial market for rental real estate remains in the declining stage. That forces to pay attention to the problems of improving the tools for crisis diagnostics. This study is aimed at the design of crisis diagnostics models for companies renting out commercial property using external economic and qualitative data. The article reveals the essence of crisis diagnostics, gives a brief review of modern tools and application problems. The paper shows variable selection procedures, the design of models and compares the efficiency of the developed tools.
