Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to solve assessment tasks in situational leadership and identification of criteria for selecting information-probabilistic decision models. In order to solve the tasks, considered in the article, we propose economic-mathematical models. The article analyses the suggested steps, which are dependent on completeness and reliability of the available information. We solve these tasks by using the algorithm that implements an information-probabilistic approach. The practical use of economic-mathematical models, designed on the basis of the information-probabilistic approach, simplifies managerial decision-making processes.
