Abstract:

The article considers goals and tasks of the staff management system, methods of coordinated operation of the staff management system. During the research we used methods of analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction, system analysis. The authors of the article analyzed and assessed the staff management system of the organization; studied the main principles on which is based the staff management system; systematized methods of the staff management.
