Abstract:

Based on an analysis of contemporary approaches to the category of «innovation» discussed the possibility of integration of industrial and social infrastructure through the creation of regional innovation techno-park structure. Projected impact of tumors to improve the training in the region, the socioeconomic policies in the region, aimed at attracting additional financial flows.
