Abstract:

The task of construction of universal, or with a sufficient degree of universality, socio-economic indicators, is one of the problems in analyzing the efficiency of use of budgetary and private funds in the project financing system, especially in the spheres, where it is difficult to assess the "return" in financial (monetary) terms. This task is quite tough in case of budget financing, when it comes to the targeted use and efficiency of budgetary funds, and when it comes to private funds, when a philanthropist or a benefactor needs to present a report on the use of the received money and on the obtained result. In this paper, we have identified the main approaches based on which it is possible to construct indicators of the efficiency of project financing in culture and liberal education.
