Abstract:

Production infrastructure is the system of common conditions and services for functioning and development of general production. The innovation development of production is possible only under adequate innovative activity of infrastructure. The system of innovative activity evaluation which defines the degree of implementation of innovative capacity is offered. The advantages of offered evaluation methods of production infrastructure innovative development level are based on possibility to evaluate level in dynamic; complexity to research level of innovative development; the possibility to compare actual value of factors with evaluated values.
