Abstract:

The article is devoted to the study of methods of implementation of innovative approaches in a management system of strategic stability of a freight transport enterprise. In the article we offer a process approach to innovation management in the system of strategic stability in the development of a freight transport enterprise. We introduce a scheme of strategic management of an enterprise using innovative approaches. We present economic justification for a choice of a program of innovative development of a freight transport enterprise.
