Abstract:

Innovative development of enterprises is impossible without implementation of modern management systems, modernization of production capacities and involvement of innovative developments in the economic activity. The purpose of modernization of production is the production based on innovations, cost reduction, increase in profits and in profitability of sales. Modern information technologies in production activity will allow to synchronize production processes and to avoid unplanned failures. The article analyses the impact of innovative changes on production efficiency. We prove the importance of implementation of technological innovations. We examined the causes of unsuccessful implementation of innovative projects, among which we may name low levels of management and marketing of innovations, and the limited technological capabilities of the enterprise. We analyzed the methods used for assessing the efficiency of innovative development of enterprises. We studied their advantages and disadvantages. We present methodical recommendations on efficiency assessment of innovative development of the enterprise.
