Abstract:

The development of information and communication technologies leads to fundamental changes in the labor market. We see the transformation of social and labor relations and forms of employment. Labor becomes more highly intelligent and spreads into virtual space. Classic (traditional) and forms of remote employment are transformed into new innovative forms of remote employment, and the skills of employees become digital. The author proposes the concept of "working in the cloud" (digital employment with the use of digital labor and digital skills) that will allow to implement state’s trends in the innovative development of the economy and in creation of high-tech and high-performance jobs. The author reveals the main digital skills and fields for their application.
