Abstract:

In this paper the author presents ways of improving the conceptual approach to the diagnosis of financial situation at commercial structures and identification of their development dynamics, and offers a method for assessing the potential of their further development. Excessive susceptibility of Russia’s companies to the global economic environment impact triggers the need to improve performance management and financial sustainability of commercial structures, determining the prospects of development. The successful functioning and expansion of national business will be one of the drivers of economic growth and effective development of the Russian economy. It will create certain stability, especially in times of unstable economic situation.
