Abstract:

The article focuses on the results of the analysis of the impact and interest of stakeholders of the company Hartmann - Rico, a.s. in transition to innovative management concepts according to the criteria “impact on the transition program " and "interest in the transition program". We show who among the stakeholders and to what extent is interested in company's transition to innovative management concepts. We mark the importance of taking into account aspects of human resources of stakeholders. During the manufacturing process these aspects have not only mechanical, but also conscious and emotional nature, on which depends impact efficiency and extent of interest of stakeholders in company’s transition to implementation of innovative management concepts.
