Abstract:

Procedures of recruitment and incentives of staff in consideration of companies particularities which are on stage of business development are considered. Preferable candidates for selection to such organizations are persons who seek for self-fulfillment and who want to work at ground zero of business. By staff incentives on stage of business development, employers have to invest resources in support of following needs: salary, interesting work, professional growth, good relations in a team.
