Abstract:

The study of the food regional market must be substantiated by information and economic factors that will allow to fully assess the state of the market. Through the aggregate of individual markets these factors will also allow to assess the state of the food market as a whole. The presence of a well-established information and methodical system determines the efficiency of a management process. The system includes data acquisition, its rapid processing, and optimal decision-making by entities involved in the region's food security.
