Abstract:

The article examines the current state of the Russian cheese market and its formation under the conditions of economic sanctions imposed by the US and EU on Russia and the response of the Russian government in the form of an embargo on the food imports by these countries. We define measures aimed at the Russian food market saturation by cheese production.
