Abstract:

The article looks into the current issues of the youth labor market under the modern conditions. We substantiate the application of a dual system of vocational education in the process of combining education and work activity. The author offers a model of training for young people on the basis of a dual system of vocational education, using non-standard employment. The model allows not only for preparing the competitive employees who meet the youth labor market requirements, but also for creating conditions for rational use of the labor potential of young people and working time. We substantiate the application of a dual system of vocational education using non-standard forms of employment within the interaction between all the youth labor market participants and the balance of their interests.
