Abstract:

The article studies from the systematic approach the organization of the development process of computer models placing emphasis on the "Digital Signal Processing" (DSP). We describe the «SxP» technology of the development of DSP computer models. We also provide the samples of documentation and implementation of open problem solutions (OPS) in DSP.


Highlights:

- From 2018 we expect the reduction of job opportunities for low-skilled employees by 5% each year. The real unemployment rate will have the same percent rise. By 2022, the unemployment rate in Russia is expected to raise up to 20-25%
- In technical terms, the concept of "open problem solution" is a natural development of the concept of "open source software", but in legal terms there are a number of questions, the answers to which remain unsufficiently clear
- The elimination of unnecessary links and rational unification and integration is the result of the process informatization of the enterprise's level
