Abstract:

The article presents the method, allowing diagnosing the phase of business development on the basis of organizational characteristics, defined by the author. The method includes questionnaire, designed to be filled by key owner or manager of the organization, and the key data. The author describes in detail the procedure of organization research using the method. The author also describes the questionnaire structure and data processing and interpretation. The method approbation has been conducted on 17 companies during the period 2011–2016. We present the assessment of organizational development using the new method by the example of the advertising agency. The article provides the blank and keys to the questionnaire.
