The article shows the relationship between test indicators of suicide and dynamics of level of mental adaptation and personality types among youth.
Highlights:
1. Test indicators of suicide risk among introverts are being revealed 2.9 times more likely to extraverts
2. The largest number of people with the test indicators of suicide risk has a low level of mental adaptation: persons included in the "at risk" and "maladaptive" group.
3. For early detection and prediction of suicide risk we should use an objective method of "Vidicor M" (a method for inspection and control of psychophysiological state during the dynamic survey of a person)
4. For early detection of suicide risk we should assess the indexes of mental adaptation levels by personality types under dynamic survey. Indexes of mental adaptation by personality types should be included in medical records, journal of patient’s dynamic survey, health passport. We must fix these regulations legislatively.
