Abstract:

The paper defines tendencies of state policies, the list and content of the basic federal laws, regulatory acts and documents regulating the activity of parts of educational relations in inclusive educational environment at university in the area of social and psychological support of students with disabilities; we show the specifics of inclusive education of students with special educational needs.


Highlights:

- implementation of inclusive education is being carried out within the state policies and is regulated by regulatory documents
- socio-psychological support of students with disabilities should be based on systematic principles and continuous maintenance process in order to respect student interests
- the main condition for successful implementation of the state policy of inclusive education development is the cooperation of all parts of educational process
