Abstract:

The article discusses the problem of global warming in the context of integrating models of climate and economy and required measures for prevention of consequences of a struggle with it for the Russian economy. By the example of the US presidential election campaign of 2016 we demonstrate the fallacy of a point of view on the issue of elites leading the world Power.
