Abstract:

The article considers economic and mathematical calculations, allowing, from the author’s point of view, to assess the system (triune) effectiveness of innovative territorial cluster, including the efficiency of entrepreneurship in this cluster. We offer a methodological background – the main goal of the clustering should be maximization of the impact of its triune efficiency. The paper presents the author's definition of innovative territorial cluster of natural resources mining and processing industries. The effectiveness of the cluster is in its maximum monetization of resource assets, thus is pursued the obtaining of a three-pronged efficiency of the economy of the territory, the cluster and the cluster participants. The article provides a formal description of the economic and mathematical problem of business effectiveness definition of the cluster member and shows the results of the illustrative calculations for the coal mining and processing company.
