Abstract:

We consider the investment technology "transformative investments" (social entrepreneurship) as a new way of social projects funding. We analyze credit financing feature by transformative investment technology and investment crediting in Russian banks. We design banks capacity of crediting of social entrepreneurship. We draw up the attractiveness matrix of social projects of business entities according to the participation of funding sources. As financing sources of business entities we consider business support funds and banks. Technologies of "transformative investments" aimed at the support of social projects in Russia are at a nascent stage and require the state support. Further promotion of social entrepreneurship is determined by solution of financial and social problems. Support of the social entrepreneurship development in Russia is possible only on the basis of the public-private partnership.
