Abstract:

The article considers the current issue of social infrastructure definition. We cite the views of various authors and give the author's definition. We also examine the problem of financing by both state and private entities. State fails to allocate sufficient funding for these sectors. In that regard, the paper considers the current trend - public-private partnership. We analyse the level of development of this trend in Russia. We consider as example member-states of "G7" and the projects implemented in these countries.
