Abstract:

The article presents the adjusted consolidated annual progress report on the implementation and evaluation of the effectiveness of the Russian Federation on the results of 2014 state programs. The index value of the effectiveness of the state program No. 15 was 92.9% in 2014, which corresponds to "Above-average efficiency." The lowest value showed the sub-index “The degree of implementation of milestones”. Budget expenditures of the Russian Federation subjects and legal entities under the state program No. 15 in 2014 were significantly lower as compared with the plan. The reasons for this are presented in part 3.14 of the adjusted consolidated report.
