Abstract:

Article specifies results of empiric study of labor activity motivation structure on stage of business development. During study the wide range of data collection and processing was used, incl. questioning, interview, testing, content analysis, Fisher’s angular transformation, Mann-Whitney criteria, correlation analysis. Employees of 6 companies of business development stage took part in study.
