Abstract:

The article shows the set of entrepreneurial competences developed by the authors for the potential successors of Family Business Enterprises in various fields of activity, in different scales and types of organizations. The authors put forward the idea of organizational communication system between Family Business and Educational Institutions providing family teams training. It allows to supports the intellectual capital growth and Family Business innovative development.
