Abstract:

The article considers the entrepreneurial approach to the assessment of the economic performance of regional logistics clusters from the perspective of saving material, labor and financial resources. First we reveal the sources of savings: economies of scale logistic services, the production capacity of the cluster, specialized logistics business processes, outsourcing, leasing. There are the decision-making processes for each of the sources. The processes use business tools that allow to implement the sources with the highest efficiency.
