Abstract:

The article discusses a range of issues related to approaches, conditions and practical problems of entrepreneurial activity of the state in procurement of goods, works and services for public needs. The author investigates the magnitude and specificity of the economic activity of the state in the government and regulated procurement. We pay special attention to the generalization of the world experience and practical application of a variety of new contractual forms of state-private partnership as the modern trends of business of the state. We present the ways and proposals for the development of the institute of state-private partnership in public procurement field in the Russian economy.
