Abstract:

The present work is dedicated to the introduction of domestic market protection measures (antidumping, compensation and special protection measures), as well as carrying out of the respective investigations in 1995–2015. Special attention is paid to the use of protection measures against both association partners and Third Countries in such integration associations as NAFTA, MERCUSOR and ASEAN. The author also discusses protection measures introduced by Russia, as well as the ones introduced against it.
