Along with the civil society and budgetary opportunities development, events of social policy become more variable and targeted. The global practice of the social care for population is characterized by a wide range of measures for social support of citizens. One of the most important measures is the adequate medical care that includes care for elderly and sick people. One of the attractive forms in this case is specialized social settlements for elderly citizens. During the research we visited social care objects for senior citizens. Results of the research have shown the demand for specialized social objects in the older generation, however the set of measures is narrow and the infrastructure lacks variety. The results obtained will be useful for experts that organize and provide social services for elderly citizens, as well as to market participants interested in development of popular forms of complex land use.
