Abstract:

The authors have attempted to determine a plan of actions at reorganization of an educational institution, to analyze the problems that appear in the process of problem reorganization. Based on analysis of the legal acts regulating civil-law relationships, the procedure of legal entity reorganization has been discussed, and practical recommendations for the participants of the educational process have been given. It has been concluded that special attention at the implementation of this procedure is to be paid to the educational process continuity, observance of rights of the employees and students, as well as to the observance of financial discipline. The main provisions and conclusions of the article may be used in the activities of the participants of the educational process when performing the reorganization process.
