Abstract:

The study examined employment status in the labour market in the Republic of Crimea at the present stage of development. The factors influencing employment: industry potential of the region, the state of the structure of the economically active population, the level of wages and timely payment, the labor demand of employers, lack of certain enterprise orders and amount of work, insufficient capacity utilization, providing by employment center services of hire assistance.


Highlights:

- demand for employees in the Crimea increases due to tourist season, (farming) green tourism and recreation and agriculture development
- the representatives of blue-collar occupations are the most popular in the Crimea now, building specialts in particular
- the average monthly salary in the Republic of Crimea in January 2016 is about 22979 rubles
- the best part of part-time working companies are in Crimea region
