Abstract:

The author discusses the peculiarities of a program of the creative clusters formation in Saint-Petersburg. Presently, Committee for the Investments in Saint-Petersburg is working on this problem. The definition of the creative cluster has been given. The main problems of formation of the stated program have been identified, including those related to certain documents of the city spatial development. Certain measures recommended for the inclusion in the program for its improvement have been presented.
