Abstract:

The article is devoted to peculiarities of registration of the online scholarly journal as the mass-media with the Federal service for supervision in the sphere of Telecom, information technologies and mass communications (Roskomnadzor). It is noted that when preparing to register one should carefully consider the journal title and the domain name for the registered edition. The author describes in details the algorithm to fill in the application form and application documents for registration of the online scholarly journal as mass-media.
