Abstract:

In the article on the basis of previously summarized results of the analysis of the best practices of state regulation of the national market of insurance services in developed countries (USA, Japan and the European Union) and developing (BRICS) countries, and analysis of the current system of state regulation of the insurance services market in Russia, we’ve developed a set of proposals for the Regulator on improvement of the insurance market regulation system in the Russian Federation.
