Abstract:

Globalization and economic processes integration at different levels, the factors of internal and external environment have a significant impact on the state and development of the labor market of the Republic of Tajikistan and its regions. At the present stage, entrepreneurship plays an important role in the development and balance of the regional economy labor market. Entrepreneurship contributes to the formation of the competitive environment, swiftly responds to changes in the situation on the consumer market of the country and regions, has a positive effect on the level of employment and innovations. The processes associated with the regulation of the labor market should be focused on issues such as the reduction of unemployment and the establishment of a dynamic equilibrium between supply and demand for labor, the creation of jobs with decent conditions and wages.
