At present there is a higher interest in Russia to modern systems of production management, viz. to reengineering of business processes, overall quality management, factors balanced system, etc. But unfortunately the process of implementation of new management methods especially in agriculture sector is slow. Meanwhile the low production efficiency characterizes this industry.
