Abstract:

The article is dedicated to study of the efficiency of interorganizational interaction between companies as the basis for the development of cluster networks. Based on summarization of the theoretical approaches and practice of Russian and European regions, the author concludes that the existing research works on the assessment of influence of the external environment state of the deployment territories on the cluster functioning efficiency and, consequently, the influence of cluster initiatives on the development of the territories themselves are insufficient. The indices, considered from the perspective of the “concerned parties”, for the efficiency assessment of interorganizational interaction on the level of territories have been proposed. Thus, it is proposed to assess the efficiency potential of network partnerships with account of the ranking of territories in accordance with the Innovation index of business environment. Calculation results and classification of Krasnodar region have been presented in accordance with the business environment innovation level. The efficiency of network partnerships from the perspective of their influence on the results of territory development is determined by the Index of “network utility” both in the generalized form and from the perspective of the effect receivers: business, territory administrations, population.
