Abstract:

Article studies internal mechanisms of enterprises evolving. As far as author uses “utility” approach to enterprise, so the main attention he brings to products and to production technology but not to enterprise itself. Author offers system of fundamental technological ranges that allows to develop different variants of production technology corresponded to the same project ideas about product.
