We give a brief overview of the urgent need to transition to high-tech production in the domestic economy. Characterized by the main sources of funding for the venture business in Russia and abroad. The analytical data for the study period, which is formed on the basis of forecasting the next trends of venture business in Russia.

Highlights:

► business venture is a form of business that is able to both support the existing economy and act as its engine
► Russian market is an unformed economy, which requires a new "shock therapy", but not one that has been in the recent 1998, and is completely different. Under the essence of this "treatment" is understood the urgent need to move the economy from mining technology to modern, high-tech
► Russia has long been considered a beautiful smithy of engineering personnel who carried out unspeakable projects around the world, so she stayed. The problem lies in a lack of funding for research and training. That is why the outflow of "brains" is observed in Russia abroad
► the situation on the market, which will be able to break this trend - is to create a reliable foundation for the development of a business venture, and not only at the expense of the state budget, but at the expense of the Russians themselves, philanthropy in our or business angels - in a foreign
► the only way out seems efficient, effective control of capital outflow from the country at the federal level. Otherwise, the money that has been earned in Russia - no good will not bring it. It is much more correct from the point of view of the ideas of patriotism and national support domestic projects in the field of innovative technologies, and not foreign
► as the experts predict, will be particularly hard on the companies 'seeding' stages in the next 2-3 years and "start-up". Russian startup market produces the following impression on investors' buying was cheap, but to sell - there is no one "
